Cayuse Outside Interests

Annual and Project related conflict of interest disclosures can now be completed via the Cayuse Outside Interests online module. Cayuse Outside Interests now serves as a portal to manage all annual COI as well as proposal COI disclosures; as well as forms related to External Professional Activities for Pay (EPAP). You may access any COI disclosure form or EPAP request form through this website.
